ok guys i realize this is my first post here but i need help, The truck is a 95 2wd dually 3500. On this truck the lower end was rebuilt about 10k ago. Has ats manifold, 4k gsk, AFE intake, ground fuel plate.

Well i installed 215 injectors moved the fuel plate forward a bit, the star wheel was already as far forward as it would go. I now have no boost, hooked up 35 psi to the turbo inlet and had no leaks so i'm stuck any ideas???

Would an overflow valve or lift pump cause this? i'm at a loss thinking maybe something in the AFC housing gone bad/ not installed correctly?

check the turbo to verify it moves freely, then look at your boots on the intercooler

 

Turbo spins freely and all intercooler boots didn't leak a bit when i pressurized the system to 35psi

 

is the waste gate working freely.
