new sbc dd is making a winning noise while in nuetral, is this normal?

new sbc dd is making a winning noise while in nuetral, is this normal?
i finaly got my clutch put in today and is making a wining noise in neutral, but stops when u push in the clutch, im kind scared to break something before i get to enjoy it

it's not the throw out bearing , it's the center plate
