hey guys im having some problems right now....i installed a new fuel pump in my truck and now it doesent run....i filled the fuel filter housing with fuel cracked the injectors and bumped the truck so many times and can only get drips of fuel out of the first one i am stuck here and have no idea what to check next any information would be greatly appreciated thank you

 

are you sure the new fuel pump is working properly? whats the psi into the vp44? could any contaminants have gotten into the line?

Pull the banjo at the VP from the filter, and bump it a few times - should get solid fuel even before starting during the short lift pump cycle- and it should run all the air from the lines.- pull the plug exiting the filter also if you want until all air is out of it, and have most of the injector lines cracked at the head - min - the 4 or 5 easy ones. Tighten them as fuel shows up while cranking.
