need to replace vp44

need to replace vp44

Should i get one factory or the more hp one? what about fass? thinking about selling truck. its only got 72000 miles on it and im tired of spending money on it. new front end (everything) replaced, with tires. new power steering pump, new water pump. and now the injection pump! what should i do?

If I even thought about selling it, I would put on a stock lift & injector pump on it. IMO, I would never put a hrvp on anytime, save the extra $$ and get a chip of some kind. It can always be taken off and resold, the high dollar pump can't.

I would just get a factory replacement for your truck, like stated above. I got mine from Midwest Fuel Injection. They have a good warranty and what seems to be a great pump so far, this goes along with a good price. So get a stocker, and buy a chip. You will like the outcome better.

i got the edge comp, but sometimes when it is on the 5th setting it doesnt work and the light won't come on. the other 4 lights work. does it work off the temp of the truck? could it be bad? i do know the pump is bad.
