Go to www.vulancperformance.com and get the big line kit.
And yes, you can put another pump inline.

How many miles does your truck have?? I mean Is it even worth it to get a fass system or somethin like that if the truck is still under cummins warranty??

Marine is right... Go with the big line kit and add a Cummins Campaign pump (PN#4090046) for a helper pump.

I had already installed the vulcan kit and gages after Dodge replaced the lp with an intank pump. At that time I had 11 @ idle 8.5 at WOT. This week those press. dropped by 1psi and filter change did not help. Today i installed the carter pump i had already bought from cummins on the frame rail. Now working in conjuction with intank pump, I see 25 at idle, 23 WOT. Looks like the best solution.

Yes. So just the Carter would give you about 15.
That's good.

I too am getting ready to add a campaign pump as a helper pump. Was wondering if anyone makes a tee to plumb the electrics in where the harness is added for the intank setup? Or if not does anyone know the correct wiring for this setup? Thanks

I added a Carter 4600 (7psi) where the "old" lift pump used to be (I have the tank pump also). Solid 15 psi at idle. I also have the Max Flow lines and fitting that are 8-an.

As for the tee for the electrical hook up, I used a harness that came with one of the lift pumps I had bought. I spliced into each wire to form a tee. I unplugged the stock harness that now is firing the relay for the ITTP and plugged in 1 end to it the other end back into the relay and the tee side powers my 4600. Works great! I just hope this Carter lasts longer than the other POS!

Good luck, Phil
