Need help bleeding clutch linkage 2001 2500 4X4

I bought a new Master clutch cylinder and I doesn't have a bleeder screw. Does anyone have a system on bleeding this type??????

They are normally sold as a sealed unit (master and slave unit) you can buy then seperate, and it is possible to bench bleed them. Everyone I have talked to says this doesn't always give good results, and is tricky to do.
