Moving in 2 days and fuel filter started leaking

Changed both filters, oil and fuel, and today truck didnt fire right up. Had to prime it. During this I noticed the fuel drain leaking from the handle. After I got it running it is dripping from the drain. It looks like the seal on the plunger shaft is leaking as it is not leaking from the drain tube itself. Is this thing replaceable or do I need the whole filter assembly? We are hitting the road Sunday to drive from az to wa. Towing all our stuff in my trailer so I need to either bandaid it for just the trip or fix see if it can be fixed the right way in time.
