I replaced my lift pump a few thousand miles ago, was getting dead pedal, while I had it it out, I also installed a max flow kit, now I am getting what appears to be a miss on acceleration mostly above 1800 rpm, can anyone tell me what to check ?

 

Pull the codes and see what ya got. If you get a P0216 then that means that the injection pump is dead which it sounds like it is.
