i changed out the map sensor on my 2003 dodge 3500 after a friend pulled the codes. the code that came up was p0107. the truck runs but it dossent have as much power like it should and the code wont go away when its cleared. any ideas?

 

Wiring? IIRC there was a problem with the 5v reference wiring that fed the map sensor as well as the a/c pressure transducer and another 1 or 2 maybe. Look near the a/c compressor for bared wires. May not be it, but without a scanner to see readings and such, best guess I could come up with.

 

I remeber getting this code when I accidently pulled the wire from the Edge J/A fuse tap into the transmission fuse. I reinstalled the fuse and all went away.
