Truck sat for two days ,Started truck Fri. & engine light came on. Drove truck this morning about a 150 mi. , light still on. Drove to Autozone and they checked for codes. P0107 is for manifold absolute preasure low. P0073 is for ambient temp. sensor high. I have to deliver a trailer in Minnesota tomorrow and come back home Monday. Do I need to address these codes before tomorrow ,or can I drive it with engine light on. Round trip about a 1000 mi.
