Angry white exhaust smoke

My truck sputtered today and now I am getting a light white smoke out of my stacks and I am getting a code of p0251??? I am going to check the oil level as soon as the truck sits a while. I did notice under the truck I can see where a little oil has been blown out of the dr vent tube? I just got done installing a silver bullet turbo which is running at 40 psi boost

head gasket might have pop'd. Since it happened at a specific time and sputtered, usually a little white smoke could be from air in the fuel lines, but urs sounds like some coolant.

I checked coolant no oil just changed oil and full flow filter and bypass filter oil does not smell like diesel and no coolant floating to top.I also changed fuel filter had maybe 3 oz of water in bottom?filled filter housing up with treatment going to take for a short run. could the white smoke at idle be from not enough fuel going into the motor with that big turbo kinda too much air and not enough fuel??
