looking for a good diesel mechanic in Denver Co.

My truck has an intermittent dead gas pedal and is throwing the dreaded 0216 code suggesting my injector pump is bad. I recently replaced the Lift Pump.
Any suggestions on a good mechanic here in Denver would be greatly appreciated.

well your injection pump is shot. they are easy to replace. i did one last night in 3 hours. fixing to do another one the end of the week and then i have to swap mine and dads. i should have her down to a 2 hour swap by the time im finished with all of them.

if you want to try to do it yourself, pm me and ill get you a set of easy to follow directions. if you have a few simple hand tools and a gear puller, its a peice of cake.

Also, ATS, in Arvada, is much more than a transmission shop. They do it all, from simple parts replacement to ultra high performance build-ups. Don't know if their hourly rate is competitive, although they did my transmission I normally do all my own wrenching.
