Leaking and stuck 12V injectors
Well we got another problem.
Got 1,2,3,4 and 5 out no problem. Refined my tecnique as I went along. Got to 6 and cannot loosen the 15/16" (24mm) nut on the injector. I had a deep socket on it and I pulled so hard the entire injector turned about 1/8 of a turn before I stopped (didn't feel right).
Is the injector now wrecked or did I trash the head?
Anyway, I was able to put a 24mm box end on the nut and a 15mm open end on the injector wedged against the exhaust manifold and I can pull hard enought to spread the 15mm wrench open. (No it's not a really cheap wrench - it's a Craftsman I was just pulling that hard). I even tried to heat the nut a little, no luck.
Any thoughts?
I will continue with the re-install of 1-5 and check back later.
Thanks!!

Let it soak for a few hours with real penetrating oil, not WD-40 etc. PB Blaster is good and widely available.
If that doesn't get it put some heat to it. I wouldn't use a torch but more like a heat gun or the wife's blow dryer.

If the injector has turned in the hole .. you have damaged your head ... they shouldn't turn at all .... soak the nut with PB Blaster for a few hours ... it should come out then ... when you put the inj's back in use antisieze on the inj body and the nut ..
Sounds to me like you had some seazing as mentioned by others above, and hopefully your fix will work.
Do be disheartened by a small amount of fuel around the injector nuts should it happen in the future though, particularly if you drive your truck unloaded most of the time. A small amount of fuel "sweat" is o.k. in that situation, it's a condition called "slobbering".
Obviously your truck was more than this, but if it is only mild in the future, don't sweat it. Best of luck with your rig.

It's going from bad to worse. I soaked the nut repetedly over a two day period mixed in with some torch action and still nothing. All I have managed to do was make the injector able to turn about 1/4 of a turn now instead of only 1/8 when the wrench holding the injector slipped under full torque.
I cannot belive this can be so tight. If I didn't already have the first 5 out I would be convinced that there was something else holding all of this together. The first 5 came out so easy I don't understand why this one is so bad. The suspence over weather I damaged the head or the injector is killing me. I WANT IT OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Three of the injectors were leaking pretty good, two a little and one was totally dry. It would leave a spot about the size of a doughnut under it everytime I stopped, making a total mess of my driveway. That's what this was all about, leak control!!
Thanks for the help guys. By the way, anyone got a good stock injector for a '95 they don't need.

Another update,
Had to work out of town all week so I left the last injector soaking in penetrating all week. Still couldn't get out number 6. So I put everything back together today (tightened #6 as best as I could) and tried my luck.
Injectors #1 - #5 are totally dry, no leaking at all. #6 still leaks (no surprise there). I am going to drive for a while and give it a shot of lube every once in a while. Hopefully by the time I am ready for upgraded injectors it will decide to come out.
Thanks to all for the help!!!!
