Leaking fuel at rail.

I thought my truck was leaking oil all over the place, but it turned out to be fuel washing the engine down. Anyway, I traced the fuel leak down to the line coming up to the rail. I am assuming its an o ring. The leak is not all that bad (about a drip every 20 seconds) at idle, but due to the soaked undercarriage I know it's worse at higher rpms. My question is this, Can I let the truck sit overnight then pull the line apart, or is there constant pressure at the rail? Any tips ? Thanks, Dan

Just wait til the engine's cool and crack the line... wrap the fitting with a rag if you don't want any MORE parts cleaner in the engine compartment.
