Yep, nothing.
When you use oil on nonferrous metals it tends to gum up.
Plus the nonferrous metals are softer and don't make the heat the ferrous ones do.

I just did the "leave it running when drilling" trick!! Sure it blew molten chunks of sharp drill cuttings back at me, but HEY- no metal thru my turbo

It wasn't really that stupid; I drilled most of the way with the engine cold, then started it up just as the bit started thru. And if a guy takes his time threading the tap, you don't have to figure out how to remove chunks of broken hardened tap from your manifold
