Install block heater plug?

Install block heater plug?
I got the plug but can not find where to hook it up at. Anybody got any pics as to where it is or any info. I took the air box out and have been looking but can not locate it. 1 person at dealer said I didnt have a block heater as a option on my truck 2006. The head tech said they all have them.
