I was just driving down the road about 3 block from my shop and the truck didn't seam to be running right. When I got to a stop light at a complete stop my egt's started to climb untill 800 and would keep going but I put the truck in park and they started to go back down, and it runs rough in drive but not in N or park.... *** I finshed driving it back to the shop but I have no clue what is going on.

How is your oil level? In the motor and trans?
If the motor oil is high, you may have a bad injector. But that would usually show up as LOTS of gray smoke (unburned fuel) out the exhaust.
If the trans oil is low, the trans may not be able to operate everything as normal & may create a binding situation. This would also beg the question...what happened to the oil? May also want to check the radiator.
If, for whatever reason, the converter is locking up, or somehting in the trans was binding (creating a load), that would explain the high EGTs.
