Help with wiring harness

ok here is the situation i had a 98 24 valve regular cab cummins. i rolled it and totalled it. so i then stripped it down to the frame and engine and tires. i bought an all new body just without a frame tires and engine that came off of a 98 gas truck but both had power windows and doors also. being that mine was a diesel will i be able to use the same wiring harness or will i have to rip the gas truck harness out and re-run my through all the new body and stuff ??? id really appreciate someones help who knows what they are talking about. Thanks
Blake

Recently converted a 2001 V10 gasser to a Cummins.
Did not have to change any wiring whatsoever in the cab.
The only change in the cab was to install an instrument cluster from a diesel.

I purchased a complete diesel engine compartment/front clip wiring harrness and diesel body PCM off eBay(which you already have) and everything was just a simple plug in.

Only problem I see is if the cab you purchased is a different year than your engine wiring harness. Dodge does makes slight year to year wiring changes.

I have factory wiring diagrams for 1999 and 2001. Contact me if you need assistance.
