Help, surging and codes.
A freind called and his 2004 is surging at lower speeds. and somtimes at highway speeds. He put in some conditioner and it does not surge as bad. He read codes off odometer to me, the are P4083,,P2122,,P0514. My 2001 book does not show these codes. Can anyone help?

the only one that comes up for me is p2122 which is apps voltage is low
