3 Codes and truck surging
Ok just replaced my fuel filter and the truck is running terrible. I have bled the system numerous times. Just replaced the apps sensor today and it still does it. At idle it sputters when slightly revved. I can sit in the truck and hold the pedal down and it sputters as it goes up and if I hold it around 1200-1400 the tach jumps up and down and sometimes drops down to 900 rpms and acts like a dead pedal. Its throwing the p0122 code again and p0236 and p0500. I have been doing some research and some say replace the ecm and some say the vp. I dont want to start changing sensors and have it be something else. While driving it home I did get some dead pedal but it just started throwing the other codes. My fuel filter was pretty clogged, since I changed it could I finally be getting more fuel and it is killing my vp? Didnt have a fuel gauge on the truck when I bought it and I dont know when was the last time it had the filter change. I did replace the map sensor about 40,000 miles ago so I find it hard to believe it needs a new one. Can anyone help me out or offer their 2cents? Thanks

Also while your holding the pedal and its revving itself up and down when it drops below 900 rpms it sounds like its gonna die but then picks itself back up to 1400 rpms. I don't know the fuel pressure but I just added the fass 150, this all seemed to happen after I replaced the fuel filter....
Those three codes are all for different things:
P0122 = APPS Signal Voltage Too Low
P0236 = Map Sensor Too High Too Long Problem detected in turbocharger wastegate
P0500 = No vehicle speed sensor signal
You mentioned "holding the pedal and it's revving itself up and down" -- do you mean that you hold the pedal at one position expecting a constant rpm, but the engine is going up and down in rpm as if you were pumping the pedal?
