help 2002 power loss

Have edge attitude. I change it from level one to level five and no difference and no extra smoke. It smokes bearly and not white if I am off in it. Its a 2002 6 ho. It used to run great but all of a sudden its like lacking power. I get like 15 psi of boost going up hill. It doesn't speed up real fast to the floor. The egt is about 800 going down the highway at 70. Do yall have any suggestions.I have 20 psi on fuel and never drops down below 15 sometimes it doesn't even change.[dummy

have you unplugged the Edge? it could be the problem also check the codes how about fuel filter? is your fuel pressure tested at the VP? or before the filter?

I have checked the codes there are no codes at all. ya the pressure is mesured by the attitude monitor. I just changed the filters about 1000 miles ago. I haven't unpluged the from the truck.

check the tap on the pump wire as well. If that comes loose you cut your power in half.

If above does not help....disconnect the Edge completely.
If that solves the acceleration problem, you have your culprit! (But sounds like your wire tap)
Edge use to have a fair # of failures. Haven't read about too many lately but you need to diagnose one possibility at a time.
Other possibilities- Air blockage (rare)...... fuel blockage (already mentioned)..... starting to have VP-44 problems. I had one that ran normally, with no codes at all, but just would not dyno over 400 hp.
750*- 800* at cruise (level ground and no wind) is normal. What's the boost reading?
