Help! 2000 Dodge with No Throttle Response
My brother-in-law just bought a 2000 Dodge Diesel with Cummins engine and this is the first week he has driven it. The truck started running rough today and now is broke down on the road with no throttle response.
I have read in other posts that people mention APPS and resetting the APPS. My question is What is APPS? How do you reset it and will that fix the problem?
Any thoughts on wether that will help or what else might be causing the problem?
I'm new at this so if I am not posting correctly - I do apologize.
