HELP with '07 5.9 Issues!

Hi guys! I have an '07 5.9 that just turned over 50K. We got a good dump of real powdery snow last night, and it seems my intake didn't like it. I pulled the filter, dred it out, and it runs fine, but I have a check/ service engine soon light on.

Any ideas?

Also, can anyone tell me how to check the codes with the key trick? I'm at work over an hour away from town.

Thanks!

cycle the key 3 times without turning engine on that should give you the codes

Is this truck not under warranty, get it to dodge and have them look at it.

THANKS! I thought I remembered about cycling the key! I'll go check it out.

Is there an index of codes somewhere on this site?

It's still under warranty, but, like I said, i'm 100 kms out of town, working, and it's cold, so the truck stays running lots. Just wanted to make sure i'm not hurting anything by running it...

Thanks again, guys!

Well, I cycled the key, and nothing came up, so obviously, no codes. I see the light in my dash is gone now too. AWESOME! Thanks guys!

Any idea what that light could have meant?

Probably something from the moisture threw the mass airflow sensor off and a code popped up as a result.
