Engine hoist is an excellent idea, makes the job go a whole lot easier. Getting it off of there is one thing, putting it back on without damaging the new gasket will be tough without an engine hoist.

I know 350 to 400 is way too heavy. I put it solidly in the almost 200lbs category and I'm not about to run out an weigh my extra one, thats too much like work.

Head on the deck first then you can put studs in, thats why ARP broaches an allen wrench into the stud, so you can tighten them in without doing the double nut thing.

Don't forget to tap the holes deeper. Get yourself a good tap, cheap ones just make the job harder to do.

Pull the plastic plugs from above #5 and #6 cylinder too pull the push rods if you don't know already. The rest is just bolts, I did mine 3 times(don't ask), I can take a head off in 90 minutes by myself.
