this just started a couple of times, started truck and put foot on brake pedal and hand on wheel, very hard to move wheel and brake pedal acted like it was froze up. after a minute it was fine. whats up with it, or should I say whats going bad.

 

thats system is a hydro boost sytem that runs off your power steering pump. check your power steerin fluid if it good then your ps pump mite be going out

 

Just checked the fluid in steering pump, and it was empty. what is common the pump going bad or just a hose, didnot had a chance to get under there to look around yet.
