Fuel canister leak!!!!

Hi All,
New here. Has anyone had problem with drainvalve on fuel canister leaking. When I open it dumps as it should. When I close it it still trickles out. When it is put under pressure it seems to leak all over on the drain valve. I looked at o-rings everything ok. Can you just change the drain valve or do you have to get a new canister complete. Is this a dealer only item? Its Sunday and all dealers closed. I have to make a run to Cal. in a little bit so just wanted to see if anyone had any ideas. Thanks 99 Dodge 2500

Are you losing prime, especially after sitting overnight? I think mine is leaking air since it was dribbling fuel a bit too.
Im going to go price a new WIF / drain assy from cummins this week I think.
