Front End Squeek

Has anyone had a squeek coming from the drivers side front wheel. Over the last two weeks this squeek has progressively gotten worse. The squeek is heard when I am making a very slow turn, like backing out of the driveway or a parking spot. I can also hear the squeek while just sitting still and turning the wheels. When I am rolling the squeek does sound like it is in unison with the the rolling of the tires. I have looked under the front end and there is nothing that is just obvious as to where the problem is coming from. I am hoping to isolate this problem and get it repaired over the weekend, and if I dont I will take it in on Monday, and trust me I dont want to do that.

If anyone can point me in the right direction I would sure be thankfull. I have been reading on this site since I bought my truck new in 2003. It never fails that I can come here and do a little research and find everything that I need to know, to find a fix for what might be wrong with my truck. Thanks in advance.

Check the following:

Wear indicator on front brake pad - most often the case.
Front wheel bearing assembly.
Outer end axle joint - If memory serves me correctly, there is a TSB on the outer axle joint failures.
Small rock behind brake disk rock guard - real common in areas where gravel is used on snow in the winter.

I also have a sqeak coming from the front but have isolated it to rubber bushings. Either control arm or sway bar, not sure which. But at 70 mph with the radio up loud, I don't hear a thing. I only hear it at 15 mph coming down the street I live on. So I don't worry about it much.
