Flickering HID....how to fix

If im not mistaking it goes as followed:
Low beam (hot)-----Spare wire--(solder)--Resistor 8ohm 20w--(solder)--spare wire---Ground to frame or body
BOTH SIDES
Hids will only work with the current flowing the right way so if you get a flickering, then look to see what pin is RED on the kit and that should be your low beam hot.
A resistor is just like the filiment in your original light bulb, it just doesnt put off light

I really appreciate the help guys, I am not an electrical genius by any means. I do however have some mechanical background to me and could really just use a picture to compare too. Thanks for the help everyone

here but this is the capacitors and they have em on ONE side and it uses a RELAY for the TWO hids. The size of the cap is in another picture on my page, sorry theres no dodge pictures its all the stroker 208K and shes still going winter/plow truck now
