first tow at 900 miles...

Sorry to put it here put I really ned a answer this pm asap...

is a 4000 lb tow ok for the first tow at 900 miles...

Kennedy,

You'll be fine. Just dont lug the engine. If you get in the hills make sure you take it out of overdrive.

Just saw you had straight shift..... Guess you dont have to worry about overdrive.

4000 won't hurt anything. Just be kind to it. Don't lug it and don't ask for top performance on grades.

I hooked my 31' 5'er to mine with 10 miles on it and went to Florida, Break it in like you are going to use it!
