Hello I am a new owner of a 07 Dodge 2500 with the new 6.7 Cummins. I have owned it about 3 weeks now. The check engine light has came on 3 different instances, but always goes off the next day. It might be off for up to 3 days before it comes on again. I have checked it by turning the key on off until it gives me a code of P0245 which says to be a Wastegate Solenoid Low Input. Because it goes off the Dodge dealers in town says they cannot check it out unless its on. It always ends up going off the next day so the only option I think I have is to leave it with them for a few days however I don't know if they will actually drive it a few times in order for the light to come on. Has anyone seen this code before? Could it be a problem or is the computer just needing to be reset? I am not sure what to do at this point or what the code actually is to diagnose myself.
