Could you have a tire out of balance already? perhaps lost a weight or two?

Maybe a bent rim?

That's about all you haven't covered, unless something is already worn out.

Found the source of the wobble on my 92. Three different style wheels and four of the six aren't even supposed to be on this truck. Got to find four of the right style wheels for this truck some where. The ones I need I call the cup and cone wheels where they must go together right to center up on the hubs. Without the centering cones, the wheels will not center up correctly on the hubs or the studs.

See this topic.

Eccentrics on 2nd generation can only be adjusted about 2.5 degrees. To go any more requires eccentrics installed in the top of the upper ball joint. Thanks for the ideas I need to hear more.

My 90 has the cup/cone style lug nuts. If your does too, you may need to put the wheels on starting with two regular nuts, then when the rest are on replace them with the heavy ones. Or did you already try that?
