code P0500 runs fine

On my prstart tched run the 3 on off triick, came up with P0500 code. Speed sesnor. Speedometer works, and auto trans shifts OK.
I have an exteded warrenty, and that would be covered.
Is it OK to wait untill next service?
Should I put the stock air fliter back on?

Thanks,

Davey

That code can be thrown by simply spinning the rear tires.

I wouldn't worry about it if everything is working right.

My p500 went away after I pulled the battery cables and reinstalled them.
