Code No Bus Truck still runs fine but no gauges??

I will try disconnecting the batteries first. I was wondering if any of you have experience with this "No Bus" code. Maybe the next place to look? All systems are normal on my edge but factory gauges are all dead. Any help is appreciated!

I have had this code before but it came when I had a bad connection with a download with my smarty. I unplugged both pos terminals waited a hour connected again was able to start truck. shut it down used the smarty to clear some codes. if you are still showing the waite to start light and its flashing your ecm should be good. but this is usually a power connection not good. do you have a smarty to use

I remember reading about someone else..had this problem..

the bolted on connector in the fuse block under the hood..if I remember correctly they just reseated it..problem gone. I'd suggest removing and putting some dielectric grease and replacing.

No smarty and the edge has worked flawlessly for 8 months now. I'll check in the fuse block. Otherwise I'm drawing a blank. I guess that's what dealers are for.

When I had this issue, it was a bad connection on the gauge cluster. Pulled the cluster out, cleaned the connectors, and haven't had a problem since.

I found a thread on here with a lot of good info where to start chasing, and that is one of my stops. Can you easily get to the plug form the bottom?

Just pop the black dash bezel off, a few screws hold the cluster on, and pull the cluster. Probably a 5 minute job.

I went through a bunch of plugs and fuses today, connections looked clean I put Dielectric grease on them anyway, cleared the codes and it did not act up today. I guess we will see what it does tomorrow
