2127 code,but it still runs

I just finished driving from Denver to Kalamazoo. I keep getting this code with a high voltage at the batteries. The truck started to act like it was missing in the last 30 miles of the trip. This is is Fummins conversion with an 03 Cummins in an 01 F250. I have very limited resources here in Michigan. My tools are in Denver. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Check the voltage output of the alternator. If it's higher than 14.7V, the voltage regulator in the alternator has failed. Fix it quick, it can do very serious electrical damage.
