clutch bypass

clutch bypass

ive got a friend with an '01 5 speed. it wont start and we think its the clutch bypass. is there any way to get it started w/out that?

Unplug the wiring harness from the clutch interlock switch and put a piece of wire in the connector so that the electricity can flow in one side of the connector then loop back into the other wire. Sounds confusing but it is the long way of saying to bend a pice of wire in a u shape and stick it in the connector. good luck
