Had my truck in the dealer for some routine maintenance. Downloaded to stock with some issues but after 3 or 4 tries I got it done. Got the time to put the tow setting back on and I can't get it thru even a recovery. Any suggestions?

 

Don't have any idea if this could apply to your problem, but several times I have lost communication while my Smarty was going to stock or higher programs. No "self" recovery, and truck would not start at all. I dropped off the negative cables for 5 or 10 min., hooked it all back up and it recovered properly. Might give it a shot but check to see if it could cause any permanent damage to your box or computer. I was completely lost and ready to replace the comp, so I had nothing to lose to try it.
