can we help a ford man out?

My brother inlaw has a 1999 f250 with a 7.3 and he put no-lead in his tank he says about 20 gal, he is on vacation with his family an is in VA and on the side of the road.

nothing that i know of that he can really do except drain the tank and fuel system and start over

Drain the tank down as far as possible and refill with diesel.

If he ran the truck its into the fuel filter change that too . i have seen people use
Those little drill pumps that you put on a cordless
not the greatest but if he cant drop tank Home depot carries them they are black and decker
Honestly he should drop the tank

should be able to use the trucks own fuel pump. just disconnect the fuel line on the engine side of pump. might have to bump the key every thirty seconds or so, not familiar with ford sequence. had to use this method on a chevy gasser filled with diesel once. slow but it works.
