A/C on truck will not go over 50 mph!
I read somewhere that wires from the a/c compressor can interfere with the cam sensor voltage when the wires short out.
Truck is an '03 Sprinter.

I think what you are talking about are the 5 volt sense wires that rub and wear down by the AC compressor. If the wires rub through they can and will eventually short..

Not much info. to go on but, Sprinters had a problem with losing boost, due to a plastic resonator seam opening up under boost. Is it also down on power going up a hill with the A/C off? Is the check engine light coming on?
