Boy I messed up Good!

I was trying to hook up my pyro tonight and was looking for switched power on the back of the fuse panel. Well I found it, I had my meter wires plugged in wrong and was grounding the blue wire behind the radio fuse. Well I continued with the install and when I started the truck the instrument cluster does'nt work now. No wait to start, no voltage, rpm's, check engine, but the lights work when you turn the head lights on. I unhooked the gauge ad soon as the lights started dimming. I checked all the fuses inside and under the hood. I hope I did'nt fry the pcm! Is there a fuseable link for the instrument cluster or a fuse I don't know about? I really need some help!

OK I fixed it. It was the ABS fuse. That fuse controlls several things.
