Blown head gasket?

Hi all!
Today I was foolin arond with a 24v and i believe I blew my head gasket. It was squirting out coolant from under the head, the heater core is making a gurgling sound, small amount of white smoke mixed with normal black, and crap in the coolant. The motor oil is fine. The truck is stock exept ARP head studs, marine head gasket, and is running 40lbs of boost due to blocked off wastegate, and fuel plate. I am fairly new to this truck and am wondering how difficult it is to replace the headgasket. I can do the work, I just need to know what im in for. Also is it safe to drive for about a week if i keep up on all fluids and drive very conservitive?? i really need this truck to make money to fix it . The guy I bought it from said the head was milled to accept the special gasket, and i can only run that gasket.? How much will a marine headgasket run me and where can i get one?

Thanks,
Walter

Not familiar with the marine gaskets or milling the block, but driving it is out of the question. If coolant is getting in the cylinders, and you crank it up w water ontop of the piston, the headgasket will be the last of your worries. You can bend a rod, or send it thru the side of the block, or, my favorite, throw a rod and lock the crank down.
