bent sway bar?

I'm working on my truck right now replacing the sway bar end links. Are the links supposed to be verticle? Mine are still slanted and it just doesn't seem right. It seems the only way they could be slated is if the sawy bar ends were bant toward each other. Does anyone sell a sway bar? I haven't seen one for sale anywhere.

One thing that is bad about it is that the those bushings on the top of the links aren't and won't be flat or flush with the mounting bracket.

I've seen a picture of another truck with a knowledgable owner who has done front end work to his and the sawy bar end links look the same. Maybe it's just a crappy design.

The later trucks changed away from that design.
