Details, details, and more details. Fill us in on your truck specifics, tire size, lift or no lift...etc. You can search for Death Wobble for the high speed and I am guessing your low speed hop is axle hop?

Are you centering them with cone lugnuts when you install them? I seem to recollect that if you just slip them on and tighten the flat-sided lugnuts, you're almost guaranteed to be off center.

I doubt that a bent axle would cause the hop and bounce and I think the "death wobble" was basically a 4x4 problem.

Check out this thread. I'd suggest starting here.

You may need to have them balanced at a tire store, that has the stud adaptor. It the center hole in the wheel is not centered, and they balance them using the center hole they are still out of balance. Some of the after market wheels have this problem. A good tire store should be able to help you find the problem. Sears and Wal Mart don't count, a place that does everything from car tires to 18 wheeler tires is what you need.
