Auto tranny electrical connection "i think"

it could also be the transfer case im not sure but i ran a 2x4 over it bounced up and destroyed this sensor looking plug. The truck still drives fine and no check engine light or anything but i havent put it in 4wd yet im not sure what it is or if its important but sensors can do some weird things i also have a tranny temp set up and they are ok too.

Well it ended up being the transmission speed sensor and after driving it for 2 hrs it would no longer shift out of 1st but after replacing it was all fine and the tranny actually shifted smoother.
