anti freeze leak 1996 12 v
I cant figure it out it is on the passenger side 5 cylenders back under neath a round cylender which i do not know what that is but it is underneath it.
The cylinder is the heat exchanger used to cool and warm your auto trans fluid. The leak may be from the heat exchanger itself, one of its connections, a frost plug behind it, or the head gasket directly above it. You may have to loosen its mounts and pull it away from the engine, without undoing its coolant connections (if possible) to see where the coolant is coming from.
im not sure i just got the truck a few days ago there was no leak from when i bought it but when i got it home the next day it was leaking in the drive way im still learning alot about them im not sure.

the leak stopped i dont know what it is there was a little drip from around the water pump but that stopped also im not sure what it was maybe just the cold did something is that possible.
I would check the acidity of the antifreeze, and if it is slightly high then change it, flush the cooling system, and add a large bottle of BarsLeak at the same time. Use BarsLeak, and nothing else, as you want the soluble oil that is found only in that particular brand.
If you do not have a test kit for acidity, use a volt meter and insert one probe in the radiator so it only contacts the coolant, and then ground the other to the block. If you get any electrical readings at all, change the coolant.
Old coolant, or any of the orange crap that is over 6 months old, will develop an electrical charge that will cause very cold coolant to weep as it seeks a neutral electrical source.

Old coolant can also "errode" cast iron engine parts. especially sleeves in wet sleeve applications. more reading here.
