Anti-freeze leak, stock or modified?
Looking to see whats happening with these anti-freeze leaks. Have seen trucks that leaked when modified but when we took off the power adders they stopped leaking.
Please take a moment and vote, Thank You.

Not my truck, I'am stock.
No, not just when a programmer is on.
Just a couple straight questions, please don't read into them.
Been reading here and other boards and talking to local guys. From what I'am seeing is anti-freeze leaks in modified trucks way more than stock trucks. Trying to see where the leaks are occuring the most before looking deeper into this.
I have a theory but need more info.

I haven't had a chance to take it down, but from what I can tell I have a small leak at the screw in freezer plugs on the head. I'm assuming that I have another since I don't think it would go through Qt in 8 months by the way that they look.
But it was showing signs when it was semi-stock (intake & exhaust mod'd).

My truck has had 2 leaks. One on the reservoir return tube where it attaches into the radiator filler cap (put a hose clamp on it and fixed the problem). And the one I just had was on a heater core hose just beside the turbo (tightened the 2 hose clamps and problem fixed).

You know what, I forgot about that leak I had. Same thing, same problem. Except my hose was splitting in that area (assuming from teh turn/kink in teh line right there) so I cut about 1 1/2" off the end,put bck on, and hose clamped it for added measure
