alright bit of a noob question. headlight bulb

ya i feel pretty dumb for asking this. but than again i have never changed a bulb on this truck. do you have to go through the back remove the battery to get to the bulb or can you remove the entire assembly from the truck?

also when removing the battery cables is there a certain procedure? which battery do you disconnect first? again never delt with a dual battery set up before.

I've never had to remove the battery but my hands are kind of small. One thing you will need to do is make sure that you don't get any oil off your fingers on the new bulb or it will burn out quicker. I use nitril gloves when I'm putting them in.

Small hands help.....so does patience. Neither side is a piece of cake. Make sure you have the right bulb.....don't ask why I say this. -15F and wind blowing and the auto store gave me the wrong bulb.

In your location and this time of year, I would surely do both bulbs. It is absolutely not fun when it is -15f doing these outside.
