airfilter oil substitutes???

I am running a n S&B air box and need to find a sub for the filter oil asap. It only has to be temporary, as I will have my new oil in the mail soon, but have to make a big haul tommorow. Any suggestions????

Thanks

Just a guess , I was going to say any light oil , sowing machine oil , ATF .
But then I thought about cleaning , so a water soluble vegetable based machine oil , clean with dish soap .

My local Napa carries the K&N oil.
Don't know about your filter but I only service my K&N every 100k.
Sure you're not over doing it?

Hope not, I recently drove a stretch of highway that i know i usually get ~19mpg. This time, with only the slightest rpm increase i was getting ~16.5mpg. Bothe times under 2k rpm, the last time just a little closer. All the calcs are from the over head.
