ac from defrost vents
I have checked out all the vacume connections and found no problems there. I did notice under the dash, what looked like a wiring block but turned out to be a vacume block but all connections looked fine here as well. Any other Ideas? Could it be behind the dash somewhere requiring dissasembly?

My 97 is the same way there is an actuator under the dash a lil bit to the right of the throttle. Looks like a gasser fuel filter but it has a diaphram in it. If you start your truck, set the **** to vents, lie on your back and reach under there and help the diaphram pull the lever its attached to you will more then likely get your vents back. The diaphrams in them get weak after time I guess or get a pin hole in them that keeps them from pulling the selection doors all the way or at all.
Here is a post I made on TDR about it.

I think the one I replaced a few years ago was like 30 bucks. What a rip off.
