AC barely blowing
Its sounds like the evap might be freezing up due to a faulty fin temp sensor located on the evap coil. i had to replace mine i also changed the location of it when i had it apart to the center of the evap coil. If its got warranty use it.
My first guess is what Dodgetech said. Do a search for "freez" or "frozen" and see what you get. This has been a common problem for people who have their A/C on for long periods of time. A temporary fix is to turn off the A/C while leaving the fan blowing to melt the ice in the evap core. Once you feel air blowing again, turn the A/C back on. Repeat until fin tep sensor is relocated.

theres two vacuum lines beside the brake master cylinder on the engine side
close to the firewall, if one becomes unplugged you lose the abilty to open the dampers in the air box. it happend to me 2 weeks ago I plugged it back in and snugged it with a wire tie and it works good. your year may very in location but there there black hard plastic.
