Take to dealer or you can do it yourself, but it is the air recirculation door. It costs abour 25 dollars if I remember right and is just above the blower motor. Not very difficult to do. Search for a/c door or something similar a guy posted how he did it about 2-3 months ago. Good Luck.

Coil possibly freezing up?

Another possibality is that the coils may be freezing up. Have read a few post concerning this also. Shut it off for a little while and see if after a while it again blows cold. If so there was an earlier post (can't find it now) about moving a condenser sensor to cure this problem.

Just another possibility.

Haven't looked under the dash of my truck yet.. It's too new. BUT, my 01 GMC had cabin air filters in the ducting under the glove box. Pulled them out after 2 years and WOW! The filters were blocked solid, and there was a 3" deep pile of bugs and crap on the floor of my truck when I was done. Anyone seen these on the Dodge??

I was having a problem where the A/C at times would blow warm out and then sometimes cold. Switched heat control to hot and then back to cold and it worked normal. Took it into the dealer and they did some update/reprogram the head unit and it has worked fine since
